Sunday

9 am: 6 pancakes, strawberries, blueberries

1 pm: 2 twix bars, turkey sandwich and a water

8 pm: Home Team Grill- Hawaiian Burger with fries, ice tea and a Brownie Sundae

Monday:

9:30 am: Protein Shake

2 pm: protein bar

7 pm: Grilled chicken sandwich, fries, sweet potatoes, 2 glasses of milk

7:30 pm: 2 bowls of pasta and 1/2 gallon of milk

Tuesday

10 am: protein shake and chobani yogurt with a peach

2 pm: 2 slices of pizza

6 pm: 3 cheeseburgers, fries, 2 brownies, 2 grilled chicken sandwiches with banana peppers, 3 glasses of milk

10 pm: 1 bowl of pasta

Wednesday

9:30 am: protein shake, chobani yogurt

 

1:30 pm: peppers, apples, 3 shot glasses of milk, cucumbers

6:30 pm: protein shake, 3 bowls of pasta

7 pm: grilled cheese sandwich, PB&J sandwich 2 glasses of milk

10 pm: protein shake and 1 bowl of pasta

Thursday

8 am: protein shake

11 am: protein shake

2 pm: pop tart and a mini twix and a peach

6 pm: protein shake

7 pm: 3 slices of pizza, 2 burgers and 2 glasses of ice tea

9 pm: 1/2 gallon of milk and a peach

9:30 pm: 2 eggs and 1 bowl of pasta
