1:00 Leftover Turkey made into a sandwich with a side of Mashed Potatoes

6:00 Leftover stew, applesauce

8:30 Bowl of Vanilla Ice Cream  with chocolate sauce

***Drink for the day: Diet Cola and a glass of wine with dinner***

Monday:

8:00 Cup of Coffee

11:45 Lunch at the  Underground; Ham, Cheese and Bacon Quesadilla

6:00 Meatloaf Muffins, Mac N’ Cheese, Tropical Fruit Salad, Green Beans

9:00 Graham crackers

***Drinks for the day: Diet Cola and a Root Beer***

Tuesday:

8:00 Cup of Coffee

12:00 Crackers and Cheese

3:00 Apple

6:00 Leftovers for Dinner: Stew, Fruit Salad, Green Beans

9:00 Bowl of Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup

***Drinks for the day: Two Root Beers***

Wednesday:

8:00 Cup of Coffee

12:45 McDonalds Big Mac, Fries and a Diet Coke

6:00 Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry,  Egg Roll, Fresh Pineapple

***Drink for the day: Diet Coke, Root Beer***

Thursday:

8:00 Cup of Coffee

1:00 Chick-Fil-A Sandwich, Waffle Fries and a Root Beer

6:00 Waffles, Pineapple

***Drink for the day: Two Root Beers***
